In 2026, several of the University of Sheffield's support units collaborated during Welcome and Intro Week, creating opportunities for students, staff, and even students' family members to create fabric squares that illustrated what made them feel happy, welcome, and safe. The resulting quilt has 180 squares, and was communally quilted in The Wave building, during October 2026.
